Services - How It Works
![]() Overwhelmed and don’t’ know where to begin? Let us help! It all starts with a phone call or email to set up an initial consultation.
The consultation gives us an opportunity to see your space and talk to you about your goals. If you are not sure about your goals, then we create a plan that is tailored to your needs. The consultation gives you an opportunity to meet us and get a feel for how our service works. If we both agree, then we make an appointment for me to return. At that time we will start going through your clutter. We will help you place value on your items by helping you decide what stays, what goes, and later how to store your remaining items. You make all the decisions, however, we will guide you towards the decisions by asking you questions based on what you’re looking at. Recommendations may be as basic as redesigning an existing pace to improve efficiency or as sophisticated as incorporating a new approach. The initial consultation is complimentary and lasts approximately a 1/2 hour. When we return to work with you, we charge an hourly rate in two hour increments. In between visits you will be given things to work on. You determine how often you would like to see us based on your personal needs: Once a week, biweekly, or once a month. Our mission is to provide personalized and innovative solutions to help you gain control and balance in you personal and professional life. We value honesty and respect our relationships with our clients. Your secret is safe with us! |
"The Clutter Doctor has been part of our plan to improve the productivity of The Reminder Sales Team. The Newspaper Industry is a fast-paced, time sensitive business, that requires our Account Managers to be extemely organized or they will miss selling opportunities. Carleen has worked with me and some of our Account Managers in organizing our work areas and sales materials. Her advice and "hands-on" work with us has been so effective, that one of our managers also brought Carleen's tips home to organize her personal life. |
